Our service does not end when we hand over the forming line to your production. Our After Sales Service ensures tailor-made customer support over the entire product life cycle of your forming line. Our competent service team provides you with rapid and flexible support worldwide. In this way, we not only guarantee optimum availability of your forming line over a maximum running time but also a quick return on investment.

A large amount of After Sales manpower independent of the new systems business is the key to your success. Our team of around 30 specialists can even be expanded at short notice, depending on requirements. Furthermore, we offer our international customers local service locations worldwide with highly qualified native speakers.

Irrespective of whether you need spare parts or want to increase the efficiency of your existing machinery. We make it possible!

Trouble Shooting

When disaster doesn't take a break, action must be taken quickly. Regardless of whether we perform line access via teleservice, send spare parts by express, or a quick on-site intervention is required: DREHER Automation will move heaven and hell in an emergency to support you in trouble shooting.

Our service hotline is manned on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our on-call service for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.. An answering machine is switched on during this time and is checked regularly. You will receive a call back as soon as possible.

Preventive Maintenance

DREHER Automation ensures the productivity and availability of your forming line over the entire product life cycle with preventive maintenance tailored to your requirements. We provide support with individual services, including condition monitoring, regular inspections, and value-maintaining maintenance measures.

Spare and Wear Parts

Our expert after-sales service not only supplies spare and wear parts for your forming systems. We will also be happy to provide you with a proposal for various spare parts packages with system-relevant components. Don't take unnecessary risks and make yourself independent of long delivery times. We will be happy to advise you!

Corrective Maintenance and Repairs

Wherever possible, our after-sales service repairs machine parts and thus avoids cost-intensive replacement. We also repair control components that have already been discontinued by the manufacturer. This is not only easy on your wallet, but also on the environment.

For us, safety is not negotiable! Stay up-to-date even with your existing equipment, because safety for man and machine has the highest priority. Our expert after-sales service will be happy to support you in the development of new safety concepts, right through to a new award of the CE mark.
