DREHER Automation has developed a coherent control concept for a variety of handling tasks based on Siemens components. This has resulted in an integrated automation solution developed in close cooperation with Siemens. The automated system is equipped with the Simotion D motion control system, Sinamics S120 inverters and the latest generation of energy-efficient servo motors from the 1FK series.

Our control system can be adapted exactly to your specific application, especially with regard to performance and functionality. The individual axis movements are coordinated optimally with each other and synchronized with the forming press stroke. The integration of additional axes remains possible at any time.

Moreover, at DREHER Automation we understand the productivity-enhancing impact of user-friendly and self-explanatory operation and visualization. For this reason, our system visualization take place on spacious touch panels at a central location via WinnCC (TIA-Portal). Synoptics for automatic operation and sequence synoptics for tool change are mandatory for all our customers.
