Coil Feeder

Be it a conventional press or a highly dynamic servo press, with our coil feeders we can meet your requirements across a wide range of applications.

For feeding sheet metal strips into a forming press we use either:

• a gripper feed,
• a conventional roller feed
• the INNOfeed, our servo-motor roller feed,
• or a straightener-feeder-combination.

Depending on the requirements we install:

• a roller feed with different roll coatings, e.  g. various chrome, plastic or rubber coatings. The aim is to achieve optimum power transmission as well as the greatest possible surface protection for your material.
• a separate measuring system for maximum feeding accuracy.
• zig-zag traversing unit for optimum material utilization.

Acceleration values up to 45 m/s² alone don’t count for everything. Synchronization with the forming press – especially with servo presses – is also a central element in the optimization of your forming process. In this case, you can rely on us to be your competent contact partner! With our control concept, we can also easily set up complex interfaces with other components (e. g. for transfer automation).
